Starting with a moving meditation to drop us into our hearts with Maggie Kay, then we will move into a Vinyasa Yoga class to strengthen our bodies with Body Heat Yoga Owner, Kelly Prince and Teacher, Angela Mynatt.
Kelly Gleason, owner of Studio K2G Yoga & Fitness, and Courtenay Smith owner of The Yoga Shack will be joining doing adjustments during class.
From this place of remembering, let’s dance, connect, and celebrate with frequencies by Antoinette Van Dewark and Nati Pitch.
We will finish our practice with embodiment tools from Maggie Kay and learn how to integrate them into our daily lives – so we can always remember who we are.
