Christophal currently focuses his practice on commercial and residential transactions. Christophal has represented condominium developers in high volume closings and commercial developers, hotel investors, hotel management companies throughout the state of Florida. In the past, he has represented also institutional lenders and real estate investment trusts in foreclosures, evictions, Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies, appeals and REO asset closings.

Christophal is passionate about providing the highest level of service to his clients and strives to provide his client’s with the most cost effective solutions.  In the words of Muhammad Ali, Christophal believes that “service to others is the rent you pay for your place here on earth.”

Christophal was born in Palo Alto, California and he has spent the last seventeen years studying and practicing real estate in Florida. In 2004, Christophal started working in real estate as a commercial real estate sales associate in Tampa, Florida. Christophal graduated from Florida State University in 2010 where he attained dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Real Estate. Christophal earned his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University and continued his laser like focus on real estate by earning a LL.M. degree in real property development from the Robert Traurig-Greenberg Traurig LL.M. program at the University of Miami. Christophal recently moved back to the Gulf Coast from Miami, Florida with his wife Lauren and their maltese Knucky.

In his free time, Christophal and his wife Lauren enjoy traveling, fine dining and relaxing at luxury day spas. Christophal is also a veracious reader and spends most nights reading articles from news outlets and science journals around the world.
