Gabriella Perez, ESQ

Gabriella Perez practices primarily in the areas of residential and commercial real property transactions, including but not limited to real estate closings, real estate contract, document, and lease preparation and negotiation, real estate related contract disputes, including landlord-tenant matters.

A true native, Gabriella was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. After graduating from the Academy of the Holy Names in Tampa, Florida, she went on to obtain her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida. Continuing her education at Stetson University College of Law, she graduated, cum laude and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2018. Following graduation, Gabriella worked in both boutique and national commercial real estate firms in Tampa and Orlando, Florida.

Gabriella serves on the Academy of the Holy Names Alumni Board and is a guest speaker at her alma mater’s legal studies class. Gabriella also volunteers as a judge with the 13th Circuit’s Teen Court Program and is also a “Gal Pal” with the 13th Circuit Court Guardian Ad Litem Program.

When not working or volunteering, Gabriella loves to spend her time with her family, friends, and staying active and working out, especially indoor cycling. Gabriella enjoys traveling as well.
