Samantha Bo has been with Berlin Patten Ebling since 2012 working as a closing agent for both residential and commercial transactions. In addition to being a Florida Registered Paralegal and Florida Licensed Title Agent, Samantha is the Director of Policies and Procedures for Berlin Patten Ebling. A Sarasota native and graduate of the University of Miami, Samantha is a die-hard Canes fan. Samantha’s meticulous attention to detail and serious nature when working on her files should not fool you; she has a shining sense of humor that keeps our office laughing. When asked which celebrity would play her in a movie, her response was, “Kim Kardashian, but only because she’s the only one who’s ugly cry face rivals mine!”
